You can adjust inventory in bulk from Tools Menu, Imports and Exports, Bulk Inventory Adjustment.
Click on Download Import Template File to download the template file. The template file has the following fields:
part_number: The part number of the inventoried product you are adjusting.
facility_code: The code of the facility the inventory is in.
qoh: Quantity on hand in Versa. This field is optional if adjustment_quantity is provided. If provided, qoh must match the quantity on hand currently in Versa at the time of the import. This means if the quantity on hand has changed since you created the import file, the bulk adjustment file must be updated to reflect the new quantity.
physical_qty: The actual physical quantity of the product(counted physically). This field is optional if adjustment_quantity is provided. If this field is provided, qoh must be provided too.
adjustment_quantity: Optional. If provided, qoh and physical_qty is not required. Specify the adjustment to do. Positive number indicates to increase inventory. Negative number indicates to decrease inventory.
uom: The unit the inventory is in. Optional. If not provided, the default unit associated with the inventory product is used.
per_unit_value: The cost of each unit to be used in the adjustment. If not provided, the current per unit cost at the facility is used.
inventory_date: The date to use for the inventory adjustment.
balancing_gl_account_name: The offseting account to use for the adjustment. Typically an expense account. The COGS account associated with the product category is used if not provided.
lot_number: Required when adjusting lotted inventory. Specify the lot to adjust.
